The 'Removing Barriers with Dreamweaver®' learning programme is designed
to develop your basic skills in Dreamweaver® utalising only accessible
development techniques.
Removing Barriers with Dreamweaver has been born
from the Leanardo project, Remote. The development concept
has been geared around a web development course
that allows all users to learn the software Macromedia Dreamweaver
and also learn from a novice state how to develop an accessible
website gudied by the Web Content Accessbility Guidelines
of W3C.
The training course includes an interactive CD,
assessment, trial software and a full integrated Learning
Hub management system that provides a real tutor to help
students complete the course and the assessments along the
way.
In addition free web space is provided for the
completed websites at the end of the course.
The key advantage is that the training course
has been developed in conjunction with Romania, Germany and
Spain making all the content available in 4 languages and
moving towards removing the barriers on learning web development.
